REGISTRATION HELP

Q:	I haven't purchased your product yet, can I still register as a member of your site?
	If you are not a BiGuard product owner, you can still register on the site as a "visitor." You will have access to some general content and product information. However, the information on the site may not be of great value to you unless you have purchased a product.

Q:	I filled out the registration form, but have not yet received any email notifications with the verification code.
	Depending on network traffic and your mail server, it may take from a few minutes to several hours before you receive the email. If after 3 hours, you still have not received the email, check your spam mailbox in case the email has been treated as a spam mail or contact our support team (biguardsupport@billion.com) with your name, registration date and product model (if available).

Q:	I want to register my product(s), but I am asked for the serial number and MAC address. Where can I find these information?
	The serial number and MAC address can be found on the bottom of each product.

Q:	My contact information have changed, where can I change that?
	You can update your account information anytime by going to the member profile page. You can to login before you can access that page.
