Please follow the step below to check if there is something wrong with the device.
If you can access to the bootron interface, that’s means the device can work well.
Please try to update the firmware again.
(1) Set the IP of the PC to fixed IP and point the gateway to 192.168.1.254
(2) Hold down the Reset key and turn off the power at the same time.
(3) Hold down the Reset key and turn on the power; release the reset key after 3 seconds.
(4) Enter 192.168.1.254 in the web browser, you can access to the Bootrom interface to update the firmware.
